摘 要:针对锅炉主蒸汽温度控制效果不佳的现象,首先建立了发电机组容量为300 MW的汽包锅炉主蒸汽温度模型,并将传统的PID串级控制应用其中,然后基于锅炉的主蒸汽温度特性,在原有的串级控制方案上进行了优化,设计了一种应用一阶线性自抗扰控制器(linear active disturbance rejection controller,简称LADRC)的串级控制方案。最后使用Matlab/Simulink仿真平台对两种控制方案进行实验仿真。结果表明,与传统的PID串级方案进行对比,应用一阶LADRC的串级控制方案,系统具有更快的响应能力并且超调量较低。当系统受到外界扰动时候,使用一阶LADRC串级控制方案系统仅经过一次震荡便达到稳定状态,具有更好的抗扰性。Aiming at the phenomenon that the main steam temperature control effect of the boiler is not good,the main steam temperature model of the drum boiler with a generator capacity of 300 MW is first established,and the traditional PID cascade control is applied.Then,based on the main steam temperature characteristics of the boiler,the original cascade control scheme is optimized,and a cascade control scheme using first-order linear active disturbance rejection controller(LADRC linear active disturbance rejection controller)is designed.Finally,the Matlab/Simulink simulation platform is used to simulate the two control schemes.The results show that compared with the traditional PID cascade control scheme,the cascade control scheme with first-order LADRC has faster response ability and lower overshoot.When the system is disturbed by the outside world,the first-order LADRC cascade control scheme is used to achieve a stable state after only one oscillation,which has better immunity.
