商科专业教师信息化能力体系构建研究——以广西民族师范学院为例

摘　　要：教育数字化的战略行动促进信息技术和教育融合发展,对广西教育高质量发展具有重要意义。广西边疆高校商科专业教师要适应信息化发展趋势,培养具有数字素养的专业人才,服务于广西改革开放大局。以广西民族师范学院为例,通过分析当前商科专业教师信息化教学问题及原因,形成了“以人为本”“系统性”为理念构建教师信息化能力体系的思路,提出了做好顶层设计、对标优质资源、组织全员参与、利用教学反馈、聚焦资源共享多方面构建商科专业教师信息化能力体系的建议。The strategic action of education digitization promotes the integrated development of information technology and education,which is of great significance to the high-quality development of education in Guangxi.Business teachers in Guangxi frontier universities should adapt to the development trend of information technology,cultivate professional personnel with digital literacy,and serve the overall situation of reform and opening-up in Guangxi.Taking Guangxi Minzu Normal University as an example,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of current information-based teaching for business teachers,and develops an idea on the construction of teacher information capacity system based on the"people-oriented""systematic"concepts.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the information-based competence system for business teachers such as top-level design,high-quality resources,full participation,teaching feedback and resource sharing.
