摘　　要：不断提高高校院系学生工作团队的绩效水平,是当前适应高等教育高质量发展的重要任务。本文探讨了高校院系学生工作团队绩效的影响因素,以及不同高校层次和学科类别的团队绩效差异。采用分层随机抽样,选取了173个院系学生工作团队作为样本,基于团队运作的视角,使用相关分析和多元回归分析方法对数据进行了分析。结果表明,团队目标和工作流程是影响团队绩效的重要因素,它们与团队绩效显著正相关。结果还揭示了一流大学建设高校和文科院系的团队绩效较高,高职高专院校和医学、工科、艺术院系的团队绩效较低。本研究为理解和提高院系学生工作团队的绩效水平提供了一个新的视角和证据,同时也为相关理论和实践提供了新的启示和参考。Continuously improving the performance level of university department student work teams is an important task to adapt to the high-quality development of higher education.This paper discusses the influencing factors of the performance of university department student work teams,as well as the performance differences of teams at different university levels and disciplines.Using stratified random sampling,173 department student work teams were selected as samples.From the perspective of team operation,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis methods were used to analyze the data.The results show that team goals and work processes are important factors affecting team performance,and they are significantly positively correlated with team performance.The results also reveal that the team performance of first-class university construction universities and liberal arts departments is higher,while the team performance of vocational colleges and medical,engineering,and art departments is lower.This study provides a new perspective and evidence for understanding and improving the performance level of department student work teams,and also provides new insights and references for related theories and practices.
