景天三七化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：景天三七为景天科植物,其全草可入药,曾为1977年版中国药典收载品种,是“太白七药”之一。研究表明,景天三七对于治疗各种出血、心脑血管疾病、急性关节扭伤等疾病具有一定的治疗效果。现查阅国内外的相关文献,对景天三七的化学成分如黄酮类、萜类、酚类等及药理作用如止血、抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化进行综述,为后续对该药材的进一步深入研究与开发提供参考。Sedum notoginseng is a plant of the Sedum family,and its entire herb can be used as medicine.It was once included in the 1977 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and is also one of the“Taibai Seven Medicines”.Research has shown that Sedum notoginseng has a certain therapeutic effect on various diseases such as bleeding,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and acute joint sprains.We are currently reviewing relevant literature at home and abroad to review the chemical components of Sedum notoginseng,such as flavonoids,terpenoids,phenols,and its pharmacological effects such as hemostasis,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,and antioxidant properties.This provides a reference for further in-depth research and development of this medicinal herb in the future.
