基于六经病“欲解时”解读仲景时间医学的应用

摘　　要：中医有关的时间医学理论是以中医理论为指导,研究人体生理病理与自然界时间节律对应关系的学科。该理论起源于《黄帝内经》,继承和发展于张仲景,重点体现在《伤寒论》六经病的“欲解时”等内容,阐述其中蕴含的时间医学理论。通过对相关医史文献的探索研究,着眼于仲景及后世医家对人体时间节律的认识、疾病的发生发展节律以及择时治病等相关问题,综合近现代时间医学理论的发展,以丰富中医有关的时间医学理论,指导临床实践。The theory of time medicine related to traditional Chinese medicine is a discipline guided by traditional Chinese medicine theory,which studies the correspondence between human physiological pathology and natural time rhythms.This theory originated from the Inner Canon of Huangdi and was inherited and developed by ZHANG Zhongjing.It is mainly reflected in the content of the six meridian diseases in the Treatise on Cold Damage,such as the“Ready to Solve”,and elaborates on the time medicine theory.Through the exploration and research of relevant medical history literature,this study focuses on the understanding of the human body's time rhythm,the occurrence and development rhythm of diseases,and the timing of disease treatment by Zhongjing and later medical practitioners.By integrating the development of modern and contemporary time medicine theory,this study aims to enrich the theory of time medicine in traditional Chinese medicine and guide clinical practice.
