摘 要:激光对视网膜的损伤是一个扩展性、进行性过程,但目前临床上尚缺乏安全有效的治疗药物和预防措施来防治激光对视网膜造成的损害,对于治疗方案的探索还处于实验阶段。这篇综述通过分析视网膜急性激光损伤后的病理组织学、功能学、分子表达层面来探究激光损伤后的急性变化情况,梳理急性变化窗口期,推测治疗的黄金时间,从而抢救残留的细胞,保护仅存的视力。Laser-induced retinal damage is a gradual and progressive process,yet there remains a dire need for safe and effective therapeutic drugs and preventive measures to mitigate and treat this condition.Currently,the exploration of treatment options for laser-induced retinal damage is still in its experimental phase.This review delves into the histopathological,functional,and molecular expression levels of the retina after acute laser injury.It aims to uncover the acute changes that occur following laser injury,identify the optimal window period for intervention,and hypothesize the best time for treatment to rescue residual cells and preserve remaining vision.
