无抽搐电休克联合盐酸哌罗匹隆治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨无抽搐电休克(MECT)联合盐酸哌罗匹隆治疗精神分裂症患者的疗效及安全性。方法选取2021年7月至2022年7月抚州市第三医院收治的58例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为观察组与对照组,各29例。对照组予以盐酸哌罗匹隆治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合MECT治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后Loewenstein认知功能评定量表(LOCAT)、日常行为能力评定量表(ADL)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(93.10%vs.68.97%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组LOCAT、ADL、PSQI评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组LOCAT、ADL评分均高于治疗前,PSQI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组LOCAT、ADL评分均高于对照组,PSQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组行为毒性、化验异常、神经系统、自主神经系统、心血管系统评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MECT联合盐酸哌罗匹隆治疗精神分裂症疗效显著,可强化患者认知功能,提高其日常行为能力,还能改善睡眠质量,可最大限度避免不良反应发生,具有较高安全性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of modified electric convulsive therapy(MECT)combined with piropilone hydrochlo-ride in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 58 schizophrenic patients admitted to the Third Hospital of Fuzhou from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random drawing method,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with piropiolone hydrochloride,the observation group was treated with MECT on the based of the control group.The clinical efficacy,Loewenstein occupational therapy cognitive assessment table(LOCAT),activities of daily liv-ing scale(ADL),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(93.10%vs.68.97%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of LOCAT,ADL,and PSQI between the two groups;after treatment,the LOCAT and ADL scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the PSQI scores were lower than those before treatment,and the LOCAT and ADL scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the PSQI scores were lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of behavioral tox-icity,laboratory abnormalities,nervous system,autonomic nervous system and cardiovascular system in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Piropilone hydrochloride combined with MECT has a significant efficacy in the treatment of schizophrenia,can strengthen cognitive function,improve daily behavior ability,improve sleep quality,and avoid adverse reactions to the maximum extent,and ha
