摘　　要：目的探讨瓷睿刻(CEREC)系统制作的高嵌体对后牙牙体缺损修复根管治疗患者修复体舒适度、修复体外形、修复体颜色满意度的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月山东省济宁口腔医院洋桥分院收治的80例后牙牙体缺损修复根管治疗患者作为研究对象,随机分为A组和B组,每组40例。A组行常规治疗,B组行CEREC系统制作的高嵌体治疗。比较两组不同时间修复效果、修复满意度及1年后修复体留存率。结果修复后即刻,B组边缘密合、修复体颜色评分均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组牙周状态、牙齿完整、修复体固位、边缘着色评分比较差异无统计学意义。修复后1年,B组边缘密合、修复体固位、修复体颜色评分均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组牙周状态、牙齿完整、继发龋、边缘着色、表面磨耗评分比较差异无统计学意义。修复后即刻,两组修复体舒适度、外形、颜色满意度评分比较差异无统计学意义;修复后1年,B组修复体舒适度、外形、颜色满意度评分均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组1年后修复体留存率比较差异无统计学意义。结论对后牙牙体缺损修复根管治疗患者进行修复治疗时,应用CEREC系统制作高嵌体修复效果显著,患者满意度较高。Objective To investigate the effects of chairside economical restorations of esthetic ceramics(CEREC)system on the comfort,shape and color satisfaction of the restorations in patients undergoing root canal treatment for posterior tooth defects.Methods 80 patients with root canal treatment for posterior dental defect repair in Yangqiao Branch of Jining Stomatology Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2018 to Decem-ber 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into the group A and the group B,with 40 cases in each group.Group A received conventional treatment,and the group B received onlay treatment made by CEREC system.The repair effect,repair satisfaction at different times and repair retention rate after 1 year were compared between the two groups.Results Immediately after the restoration,the scores of the edge close and the color of the restoration in the group B were higher than those in the group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in periodontal status,tooth integrity,restoration retention and edge staining scores between the two groups.1 year after restoration,the scores of edge close,restoration retention and restoration color in the group B were higher than those in the group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in periodontal status,tooth integrity,secondary caries,edge staining and surface wear scores between the two groups.Immediately after restoration,there were no significant differences in comfort,shape and color satisfaction scores between the two groups;1 year after restoration,the satisfaction scores of comfort,shape and color in the group B were higher than those in the group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in restoration reten-tion rate between the two groups after 1 year.Conclusion The application of CEREC system to make high inlay restoration has significant effect and high
