摘　　要：目的 研究现代化管理模式对提高中药房中药管理效果,以期为中药房重要管理提供一种有效的方案。方法 纳入研究对象共16例,均为2021年1月—2021年12月医院中药房工作人员。2019年7月起对中药房开展现代化管理,并以此为分界点,比较实施前(2021年1月—2021年6月)与实施后(2021年7月—2021年12月)工作人员对中药材的使用认知程度以及工作满意度。此外,采集实施前后医院收治的患者各120例作为研究对象,比较实施前后患者处方调剂正确率、药物调配准确率以及审核准确率、管理效果评价等方面的差异。结果 实施后中药材专业知识评分及认知态度评分均高于实施前(均P<0.05)。实施后工作人员工作满意度相较于实施前更高(P<0.05)。实施后患者处方调剂正确率、药物调配准确率以及审核准确率均高于实施前(均P<0.05)。实施后管理效果优于实施前(P<0.05)。结论 现代化管理模式对提高中药房中药管理效果具有积极促进作用,可提升中药房工作人员的认知程度以及工作满意度。Objective To study the modern management mode for improving the management effect of Chinese medicine pharmacy,in order to provide an effective scheme for the important management of Chinese medicine pharmacy.Methods A total of 16 subjects were included in the study,all of whom were staff members of Chinese medicine pharmacy of the hospital from January 2021 to December 2021.The modernization management of Chinese medicine pharmacy was carried out from July 2019,and this was used as the cut-off point to compare the staff's cognition of the use of Chinese medicinal materials and job satisfaction before(January 2020 to June 2020)and after(July 2020 to December 2020)implementation.In addition,120 patients admitted to the hospital before and after the implementation were collected as the research objects,and the differences in prescription dispensing accuracy,drug dispensing accuracy,audit accuracy,and management effect evaluation before and after the implementation were compared.Results The scores of Chinese herbal medicine professional knowledge and cognitive attitude after implementation were higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).The job satisfaction of the staff after implementation was higher than that before implementation(P<0.05).After implementation,the correct rate of prescription dispensing,the accuracy of drug dispensing and the accuracy of review were higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).The effect of management after implementation was better than that before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The modern management mode has a positive role in improving the management effect of Chinese medicine in Chinese medicine pharmacy,and can improve the cognition degree and job satisfaction of Chinese medicine pharmacy staff.
