戾气与六淫的病因认识

摘　　要：探讨六淫学说与戾气学说在病因学认识上的关系与优劣得失。通过阐述六淫学说与戾气学说的来源并结合新型冠状病毒疫情进行深入分析。吴又可戾气学说的提出,突破了传统风寒暑湿燥火气候变动为外感病因的掣肘,由于认识手段和治疗难以落实,戾气学说未在中医学基础框架上得到体系化发展,基于审证求因后世医家仍沿用六淫之性对传染病病因进行概述。戾气学说与六淫学说在治疗和病因认识上各有得失,两者形成互补,完善了中医病因学的体系。This discussed the relationship between the epidemic pathogenic factors doctrine and six climatic exopathogens doctrine and their merits and defects in terms of etiology,expounded the origins of the epidemic pathogenic factors doctrine and six climatic exopathogens doctrine,and conducted an analysis in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.The epidemic pathogenic factors doctrine,proposed by Wu Youke,broke the constraint of"wind,cold,summer-heat,dampness,dryness,fire"as external disease factors.The epidemic pathogenic factors doctrine was not systematically developed in the basic framework of traditional Chinese medicine for cognitive methods limited and treatments difficult to implement.Based on the"differentiating syndrome to identify cause",practitioners of later generations still use the"six pathogentic"to summarize the causes of infectious diseases.The epidemic pathogenic factors doctrine and six climatic exopathogens doctrine have their respective strengths and weaknesses in therapy and etiology,but both of them complement each other to improve.
