摘　　要：此文探讨的厥证是因阴阳气不相顺接而出现手足逆冷的病证。厥证病因多样,有形之邪和无形之邪皆可致厥,现如今湿热致病日益增多,手足逆冷的症状在临床中也越发常见,此文旨在探讨因湿热而致厥证的临床诊治经验。张永康教授认为手足厥冷之症首要区分其寒热真假,以避免失治误治而致病情迁延,当在临床中遇到湿热内蕴而致手足厥冷的患者,主以分消走泄清利湿热,兼以理气通阳、健脾化湿、养阴利湿、活血通脉,以调理全身气血,使得湿热去而手足温,临床疗效显著。The syncope syndrome discussed in this paper is the syndrome of adverse cold of hands and feet due to the disjoint of yin-yang and qi.The causes of syncope are various,both visible and invisible evil can cause syncope.Nowadays,dampness-heat is more and more common,and the symptoms of hand and foot against cold are more and more common in clinic.Therefore,this article aims to explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment experience of syncope due to dampness-heat.Professor Zhang Yongkang believes that the cold and heat syndrome should be distinguished first to avoid misdiagnosis and delay of the disease,when the patients with cold hands and feet due to accumulation of dampness-heat are encountered in clinic,the principle is to dissipate and dissipate dampness-heat,and at the same time to regulate qi and remove dampness,invigorate spleen and dissipate dampness,nourish yin and remove dampness,activate blood and dredge vessels,so as to regulate the whole body qi and blood,make dampness-heat to hand and foot temperature,the effect is remarkable.
