温肺利水方联合生物免疫制剂治疗肺癌胸腔积液临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察温肺利水方联合生物免疫制剂治疗肺癌胸腔积液临床疗效。方法 将肺癌胸腔积液达到纳入标准的80例患者分对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组采用胸腔内注射生物免疫制剂疗法,治疗组采用温肺利水方联合生物免疫制剂疗法。观察2组的胸腔积液变化情况、临床症状评分情况、卡氏评分情况,在疗程结束后进行对照比较。结果 治疗结束时,治疗组患者总有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组对比,治疗组临床证候积分更低,卡氏评分更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 温肺利水方联合生物免疫制剂治疗肺癌胸腔积液可有效控制受试者肺癌胸腔积液的积液量,减轻患者的临床症状、提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of warming lung for inducing diuresis prescription combined with biological immune preparation in the treatment of lung cancer with pleural effusion.Methods Eighty patients with pleural effusion of lung cancer were divided into control group and treatment group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with intrathoracic injection of biological immune preparation,while the treatment group was treated with f warming lung for inducing diuresis prescription combined with biological immune preparation.The changes of pleural effusion,clinical symptom score and Karnofsky score were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results At the end of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the clinical symptom score of the treatment group was lower,and the Cassini score was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming lung for inducing diuresis prescription combined with biological immune preparation can effectively control the amount of pleural effusion of patients with lung cancer,relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the patients'life.
