健脾清胃固齿汤联合米诺环素治疗慢性牙周炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 研究健脾清胃固齿汤联合米诺环素治疗慢性牙周炎效果。方法 将90例慢性牙周炎患者随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组30例,分别采用米诺环素、健脾清胃固齿汤和健脾清胃固齿汤联合米诺环素治疗,比较3组治疗效果。结果 C组治疗后中医证候积分低于A组、B组(P<0.05),牙周袋探诊深度、菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数和附着丧失小于A组、B组(P<0.05),白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-ɑ(TNF-ɑ)和C反应蛋白(CRP)低于A组、B组(P<0.05),前牙龈卟啉单胞菌和伴放线聚集杆菌占混合菌斑比例小于A组、B组(P<0.05),临床总有效率高于A组、B组(P<0.05)。结论 健脾清胃固齿汤联合米诺环素治疗可以改善慢性牙周炎患者临床症状,减轻炎症反应,消除致病菌,恢复牙周健康。Objective To study the effect of Jianpi Qingwei Guchi decoction combined with minocycline in treating chronic periodontal disease.Methods Ninety patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into groups A,group B and group C,with 30 cases in each group.They were treated with minocycline,Jianpi Qingwei Guchi decoction,Jianpi Qingwei Guchi decoction combined with minocycline,respectively.The therapeutic effect of 3 groups was compared.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score in group C was lower than that in group A and group B(P<0.05),and the periodontal pocket probing depth,plaque index,gingival sulcus bleeding index and attachment loss in group C were lower than those in group A and group B(P<0.05).Interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-alpha)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were lower than those in group A and group B(P<0.05),the proportion of porphyromonas progingivalis and actinobacillus concomitant in mixed plaque was lower than that in group A and group B(P<0.05),and the total clinical effective rate was higher than that in group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Qingwei Guchi decoction combined with minocycline can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce inflammation,eliminate pathogenic bacteria and restore periodontal health.
