民办高校教师教学发展项目成果转化的探索

摘  要:教学发展项目成果转化亟须致力于组织系统性的扩散变革,而非局限于部分个体的实践应用。本文以A市民办高校为例,采用质性研究方法,基于创新扩散理论视角,从过程、主体、行动三方面探索民办高校教师教学发展项目成果转化的破与立。研究发现现阶段教学发展项目成果转化的过程存在环境及关系阻力;项目成果转化的中介者有限且其功能异化;项目成果转化的政策举措落地执行有偏差。希冀通过本研究呼吁对教学发展项目成果转化现实问题的关注,并为民办高校及相关教发机构提供借鉴与启示。The transformation of teaching development project achievements urgently needs to be committed to the diffusion change of organizational system,rather than limited to the practical application of some individuals.Based on the perspective of innovation diffusion theory,this paper takes private colleges and universities in A city as an example to explore the demolish and rebuild of the transformation of teaching development project achievements in private colleges and universities from three aspects of process,actor and action by using qualitative research methods.The study finds that there are environmental and relational obstacles in the process of the transformation of teaching development project achievements at the present stage;the intermediaries of the transformation of project achievements are limited and their functions are alienated;the implementation of the policy measures of the transformation of project achievements is biased.It is hoped that this study will call for attention to the practical problems of the transformation of teaching development project achievements,and provide reference and enlightenment for private colleges and universities and related teaching development institutions.
