摘  要:目的探讨钼靶乳腺摄影联合核磁共振检查对小乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法选取2020年4月至2021年11月黑龙江省哈尔滨市第四医院收治的30例疑似小乳腺癌患者作为研究对象。所有患者均接受钼靶乳腺摄影检查、核磁共振检查,并以病理诊断作为金标准,评估各检查方式的诊断效能。结果钼靶乳腺摄影、核磁共振及联合诊断灵敏度比较差异无统计学意义;钼靶乳腺摄影、核磁共振及联合诊断特异度、准确度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合诊断准确度高于钼靶乳腺摄影,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钼靶乳腺摄影检查联合核磁共振检查小乳腺癌的灵敏度、特异度和准确度均较高,可为疾病的诊断提供较为理想的影像学资料,对于疾病后期治疗方案的制订具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the diagnosis value of molybdenum target mammography combined with MRI for small breast cancer.Methods 30 patients with small breast cancer admitted to the Fourth Hospital of Harbin from April 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the re-search subjects.All patients received molybdenum target mammography and MRI,and pathological diagnosis was used as the gold standard to evalu-ate the diagnostic efficacy of each examination.Results There was no significant difference in the sensitivity of molybdenum target mammography,nuclear magnetic resonance and combined diagnosis;there were significant differences in the specificity and accuracy of molybdenum target mam-mography,nuclear magnetic resonance and combined diagnosis(P<0.05).The accuracy of combined diagnosis was higher than that of molybdenum target mammography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of using molyb-denum target mammography combined with MRI in the diagnosis of small breast cancer is high,which can provide relatively ideal imaging data for the diagnosis of the disease and has high application value for the development of treatment options for later stages of the disease.
