摘　　要：子宫内膜癌(EC)是一种复杂的妇科癌症,其发病率逐年上升。血液系统作为机体内环境的重要组成部分,也是肿瘤微环境的构成部分,其改变可以在一定程度上反映肿瘤的生物学特性。外周血中某些炎症细胞数目和比值直接或间接地参与肿瘤的发生发展,本文就外周血中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞比值(NLR)及血小板和淋巴细胞比值(PLR)在EC中的应用进展作一综述,为EC的诊断、术前及预后评估提供更全面的参考。Endometrial carcinoma(EC)is a complex gynecological cancer,whose incidence is gradually increase in recent years.The blood sys-tem representing a pivotal part of the internal environment of the body,is one of components of the tumor microenvironment,and its abnormity may mirror the biological characteristics of the tumor to some extent.The number and ratio of some inflammatory cells peripheral blood are directly or in-directly involved in occurrence and development of tumors.In this review,the application of peripheral blood neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)in endometrial cancer is reviewed,so as to provide a more comprehensive reference for the comprehensive treatment of EC.
