摘　　要：自我国进入新发展阶段以来,科技发展水平已无法满足建设社会主义现代化科技强国的需求。为应对这一挑战,国家对高校提出了“加强有组织科研,实现高水平科技自立自强”的新要求。在有组织科研的背景下,如何改变科研相对滞后的现状,成为陕西民办本科院校亟待解决的问题。本文通过分析民办本科高校科研发展的不足,进行有针对性的调查研究,探索在有组织科研指导思想引领下民办本科高校科研的改进与提升方法,提出适用于陕西民办本科高校科学研究高质量发展的可行性路径。Since China has entered a new stage of development,the existing level of scientific and technological progress can no longer meet the needs required to build a modern socialist scientific and technological powerhouse.Consequently,the Chinese government has introduced the new mandate of'strengthening organized scientific research and realizing scientific and technological self-reliance and selfimprovement'for colleges and universities.Under the auspices of this initiative,addressing the relatively lagging status of scientific research has become an urgent issue for private undergraduate colleges and universities in Shaanxi.This paper analyzes the deficiencies in the current research development at these institutions,conducts targeted research,explores improvement strategies,and proposes feasible approaches for enhancing the quality of scientific research in Shaanxi's private undergraduate colleges and universities.
