摘　　要：随着我国铁路的高速发展,社会对铁路各专业人才培养质量也提出了更高的要求。铁道车辆技术专业作为铁路运维重要专业之一,对铁路车辆检测与维修起着重要作用。本文通过对高职铁道车辆技术专业教学资源库建设方面进行研究,以企业岗位人才需求为导向,对学校、企业优质资源进行整合、优化,建立开放式教学资源开发、共享、动态更新机制。本文分析了资源库建设目标与思路,详细阐述了资源库建设内容,涵盖专业园地、课程中心、素材中心、技能训练中心、培训中心、虚拟仿真教学中心、铁道车辆博览中心、课程思政子资源库、动力集中式客车资源库多个方面。通过“互联网+”模式下的育训结合专业教学资源库,我们期望能有效提升资源库的利用率,进一步提高铁路院校的教学质量与企业员工的培训效果。With the rapid development of China's railways,higher demands have been placed on the quality of training for professionals in various railway disciplines.The Railway Vehicle Technology program,as one of the critical specialties for railway operation and maintenance,plays an essential role in the inspection and maintenance of railway vehicles.This paper studies the construction of a teaching resource library for the Railway Vehicle Technology program in higher vocational education,oriented towards the talent needs of enterprise positions.It integrates and optimizes quality resources from schools and businesses to establish an open mechanism for the development,sharing,and dynamic updating of teaching resources.The paper analyzes the objectives and approaches for constructing the resource library and elaborates in detail on the contents of the resource library,covering areas such as the professional garden,course center,materials center,skills training center,training center,virtual simulation teaching center,railway vehicle exposition center,course-based ideological and political sub-resource library,and centralized traction passenger car resource library.Through this"Internet+"model of professional teaching resource library combining education and training,we aim to effectively enhance the utilization of the resource library and further promote the teaching quality of railway colleges and the training effectiveness of enterprise employees.
