养老护理员人文关怀能力调查及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在探讨养老机构护理人员的人文关怀能力现状及其影响因素,为提升养老护理员人文关怀能力的策略制定提供参考。方法研究方法为整群抽样法。我们选择了长沙市3所养老机构内的137名养老护理员作为研究样本,通过一般资料问卷和中文版关怀能力量表,进行横断面研究。结果本研究共计发放了137份调查问卷,最终回收了130份有效问卷,有效回收率94.9%。研究结果显示,养老护理员人文关怀能力的总得分为(189.06±17.61),其中认知维度得分为(72±6.84),勇气维度得分为(57.92±10.56),耐心维度得分为(59.16±6.03)。家人关心、工作氛围和继续教育是养老护理员人文关怀能力的影响因素(p<0.05)。结论这130名养老护理员的人文关怀能力处于中等水平。家人关心、工作氛围和继续教育是养老护理员人文关怀能力的影响因素。养老护理管理者、教育者应重视提升养老护理员的人文关怀能力,营造良好的工作氛围。Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of the humanistic care ability of elderly care workers,and to provide a reference for formulating strategies to improve this ability.Methods 137 elderly care workers from 3 elderly care institutions in Changsha were selected by cluster sampling method as the research subjects.A cross-sectional study was conducted using general information questionnaires and the Chinese version of the Caring Ability Scale.Result A total of 137 survey questionnaires were distributed,and 130 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective response rate of 94.9%.The total score of humanistic care ability for elderly care workers is 189.06±17.61;the cognitive dimension score is 72±6.84;the courage dimension score is 57.92±10.56;and the patient dimension score is 59.16±6.03.Family care,work atmosphere,and continuing education are the influencing factors on the humanistic care ability of elderly care workers(p<0.05).Conclusion The humanistic care abilities of 130 elderly care workers are at a moderate level.Influential factors include family care,work atmosphere,and continuing education.Managers and educators in elderly care should focus on enhancing these abilities by fostering a supportive work environment and promoting ongoing education.
