摘  要:PC墙板作为装配式建筑中的重要组成部分,可快速实现建筑内空间隔离,其生产成本低,易于组装,可满足多种作业要求。PC墙板在生产成型、开模、出板后,需要将墙板垛进行翻转,以便于叉车运输,现生产线上还存在人工进行墙板翻转的情况,不仅费时费力,还存在一定的安全隐患。设计一种生产线用PC墙板翻转机用于实际生产,提高墙板生产线生产效率,降低工人的劳动力,并通过修正的G-K公式进行墙板翻转机的自由度计算,运用闭环矢量法进行运动学正逆求解,分析各个构件的运动关系;通过Creo三维软件建模,进行运动仿真分析,对比算例中所求结果,验证运动学模型的正确性。为该装置的动力学分析、尺寸结构优化设计以及液压动力参数预估和液压站选型奠定了基础。PC wallboards,as an important part of prefabricated buildings,can quickly achieve space isolation in the building,with low production costs and easy assembly,and can meet a variety of operational requirements.After molding,demolding and discharging of PC wallboards,the wallboard stacks need to turn over for transport by forklift trucks.There are still cases of manual wallboard turnover on the existing production line,which is not only time-consuming and laborious,but also poses potential hazards.A PC wallboard turner for production line is designed to be used in actual production to improve the production efficiency of wallboard production line and reduce the labor intensity of workers.The degree of freedom of the wallboard turner is calculated through the modified G-K formula,the kinematic forward and inverse solving is carried out by applying the closed-loop vector method,and the kinematic relationship between each component is analyzed.By using three-dimensional software Creo formodelling,kinematic simulation analysis is carried out,and the results solved in the examples are compared to verify the correctness of the kinematic model.It lays a foundation for the dynamic analysis and optimization design of dimensions and structure of the device,as well as parameter estimation of hydraulic power and selection of hydraulic station.
