摘 要:采取问卷法对广西南宁市15所本科高校教师进行调查,探究高校教师社交焦虑、经验性回避和焦虑敏感的相互关系和表型特征。结果表明:高校教师社交焦虑、经验性回避和焦虑敏感呈现“高—低—低”表型特征;性别与高校教师社交焦虑负相关;经验性回避与高校教师社交焦虑正相关;焦虑敏感与高校教师社交焦虑和经验性回避正相关。建议:推动高校教师社交焦虑的表型确定,进一步明确干预方向;充分运用高校教师的认知自愈力,施行深层自我疗愈。This paper conducts a survey of teachers in 15 undergraduate colleges and universities in Nanning,Guangxi province by adopting questionnaire method to explore the interrelationships and phenotypic characteristics of social anxiety,experiential avoidance,and anxiety sensitivity of teachers in colleges and universities.The results indicate:social anxiety,experiential avoidance and anxiety sensitivity of teachers in colleges and universities exhibit a“high-low-low”phenotypic characteristics;gender is negatively correlated with social anxiety among those teachers;experiential avoidance is positively correlated with social anxiety among those teachers;and anxiety sensitivity is positively correlated with social anxiety and experiential avoidance among teachers in colleges and universities.Suggestions are:promoting the identification of the phenotype of social anxiety among teachers in colleges and universities to further clarify the direction of intervention;and fully utilizing the cognitive self-healing power of those teachers to carry out deep self-healing.
