摘  要:通过对不同时期“九字经”文化形成的时代背景和发展历程的研究,即从20世纪的“帮思想、教技术、带作风”到新时代的“飞得高、飞得远、飞得正”,探讨“九字经”与教育要求、时代发展和民航建设的密切联系和历史作用;旨在总结和展示“九字经”育人功能,为新时代民航飞行员的培养和教育提供有益借鉴,从而培养出德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人、助推民航发展建设。By reviewing and analyzing the historical background and development of the formation of the culture of“nine-character school spirit”in different periods,namely,from“helping thinking,teaching technology and leading style of work”to“fly high,fly far,fly right”,this paper studies its close connotation and historical role with the educational requirements,the development of the times and civil aviation construction,aiming to summarize and demonstrate the educational function of the“nine-character school spirit”,provide useful reference for the training and education of civil aviation pilots in the new era and thereby nurture a new generation of capable young people who have a good all-round moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetical grounding in addition to a hard-working spirit and a readiness to join the socialist cause to boost the development and construction of civil aviation.
