美国家庭教育指导师资格认证制度及其启示

摘　　要：美国家庭关系委员会是家庭教育指导师认证的专业之家,致力于家庭研究、实践与教育。以美国家庭关系委员会资格认证为例,分析美国家庭教育指导师资格认证制度,其经历了产生、发展、成熟三个阶段,建立起较为完善的资格认证制度。美国家庭关系委员会构建核心内容框架,为制定课程目标和学习成果提供指导,是资格认证的核心标准。家庭教育指导师资格认证的条件包括学历与经验两个层面,认证程序包括临时认证与完全认证两类。美国家庭教育指导师资格认证制度的成功经验值得我国借鉴和学习。The American National Council on Family Relations(NCFR)is a professional home for certified family education instructors dedicated to family research,practice and education.This paper takes the qualification certification of American National Council on Family Relations as an example to analyze the American family education instructor certification system,which has gone through three stages of emergence,development and maturity,and has established a relatively perfect qualification certification system.The American National Council on Family Relations builds the core content framework which provides guidance for the development of curriculum objectives and learning outcomes,and is the core standard for qualification certification.The requirements for the certification of family education instructors include two levels of education and experience,and the certification process includes provisional certification and full certification.Its successful experience is worth our country to learn from.
