基于PLC三相异步电动机变频调速系统设计

摘  要:电动机作为机械设备的驱动装置,为了适应不同的工业工况,三相异步电动机需要根据不同的工况进行调速,三相异步电动机的调速方法主要有降压调速,转子串电阻调速,变频调速,而变频调速是三相异步电动机最理想的调速方法,可以实现无级调速。本文以依托PLC实验室,以三相异步电动机Y132S-2为被控对象,以昆仑通态触摸屏MCGS-TPC7031Kt为上位机,以西门子S7-1200系列CPU1214CDC/DC/DC为控制设备构成一个可以实现0-2750r/min的无级变速开环控制系统。该调速系统既节能又能通过触摸屏宏观监控调节电机转速,整个控制系统经济实惠值得推广。本设计主要包括硬件电路设计,控制程序设计等主要设计内容。Motor as the driving device of mechanical equipment,in order to adapt to different industrial conditions,three-phase asynchronous motor needs to adjust speed according to different working conditions,three-phase asynchronous motor speed regulation methods mainly include step-down speed regulation,rotor series resistance speed regulation,frequency conversion speed regulation,and frequency conversion speed regulation is the best method of three-phase asynchronous motor speed regulation,can achieve stepless speed regulation.Based on PLC laboratory,this paper takes three-phase asynchronous motor Y132S-2 as the controlled object and Kunlun on-state touch screen MCGS-TPC7031Kt as the host computer.Using Siemens S7-1200 series CPU1214C DC/DC/DC as control equipment,a continuously variable speed open loop control system which can realize 0-2750r/min is constructed.The speed control system can not only save energy but also adjust the motor speed through the touch screen macro monitoring.The whole control system is economical and worth promoting.This design mainly includes hardware circuit design,control program design and other main design content.
