摘 要:21世纪以来,随着“一带一路”(“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”)伟大倡议的提出,文化“走出去”战略成为近几年来中国文化发展最为突出的主题之一,翻译和语言服务领域发展势头非常迅猛。陕西作为丝绸之路经济带的新起点,陕西文化“走出去”英译研究在语言服务社会、经济发展等方面起着重要的枢纽作用,其翻译研究也越来越受到译界的关注和重视。本文从认知语用视角探究中国文化输出语言翻译的本质,提出陕西文化外宣翻译具体策略:语言翻译策略、媒介选择策略、内容创作策略、外宣翻译团队策略、力求在探索文化输出语言翻译策略同时,将陕西旅游文化推向国际大舞台。同时,本文创造性地提出陕西“丝路文化”国际形象构建策略:旅游形象构建策略、文化品牌构建策略、品牌推广策略、陕西文化传播和翻译策略,以塑造“文化陕西”国际新形象,推动陕西旅游繁荣发展。Since the beginning of the 21st century,with the great"One Belt and Road Initiative"("Silk Road Economic Belt"and"21st Century Maritime Silk Road"),the strategy of cultural"going out"has become one of the most prominent themes of Chinese cultural development in recent years,and the development momentum in translation and language services is very rapid.As a new starting point of the Silk Road Economic Belt,Shaanxi's cultural"going out"study plays an important pivotal role in language service to society and economic development,and its translation study has attracted more and more attention from the translation circle.This paper explores the essence of Chinese cultural export language translation from the cognitive and pragmatic perspectives,and puts forward specific strategies for Shanxi cultural publicity translation,including language translation strategy,media selection strategy,content creation strategy,and publicity translation team strategy,so as to promote Shaanxi tourism culture to the international stage while exploring cultural export language translation strategy.At the same time,this paper creatively puts forward the international image construction strategy of Shaanxi"Silk Road Culture":tourism image construction strategy,cultural brand construction strategy,brand promotion strategy,Shaanxi cultural communication and translation strategy,in order to shape the new international image of"Culture Shaanxi"and promote the prosperity and development of Shaanxi tourism.
