摘　　要：护士在预立医疗照护计划中承担着重要角色,其对预立医疗照护计划的知识、态度、行为影响预立医疗照护计划的实施质量。文章对护士预立医疗照护计划知信行现状、测量工具及影响因素等进行综述,旨在为相关研究的开展及管理者制定干预措施提供参考。Nurses play an important role in the Advance Care Planning,their knowledge,attitude and behavior towards the Advance Care Planning influence the implementation of the Advance Care Planning.This paper reviews the status,evaluation instruments and influencing factors of Advance Care Planning for nurses,to improve the participation of nurses in Advance Care Planning and provide reference for further developing intervention measures.
