摘 要:听力障碍者由于听力方面的限制,在语言发展过程中以语义加工为主。现有的神经影像学、事件相关电位研究从神经机制层面揭示了听力障碍者的语义加工过程,主要表现为右额下回与颞上回的显著激活,以及更大的N400效应和减弱的N170波幅。目前的研究结果表明,听力障碍者的语义加工认知神经机制与健听者存在差异,未来研究需要强化对听力障碍者语义加工的共性解释,考虑多种技术结合以更全面地展现听力障碍者语义加工的神经网络动态机制,更深入具体地了解其语义加工过程及特点,进而对其语言学习和发展提出更有效的教育干预建议和方法。Due to their auditory limitations,individuals with hearing impairments primarily rely on semantic processing during language development.Current neuroimaging and event-related potential studies have mainly focused on revealing the semantic processing in aspect of neural mechanism in individuals with hearing impairments.These studies have found significant activation in the right inferior frontal gyrus and superior temporal gyrus,as well as larger N400 effects and reduced N170 amplitudes in individuals with hearing impairments.Currently,the findings of these studies are inconsistent,suggesting that there are differences in the cognitive neural mechanism of semantic processing between individuals with hearing impairments and those with normal hearing.Future research should strengthen the common explanations of semantic processing in individuals with hearing impairments,understand its semantic processing and characteristics more deeply and specifically,and then put forward more effective educational intervention suggestions and methods for their language learning and development.
