摘  要:日晒盐产品属于不烘干海晶盐品种之一,为福建海盐特有的产品,其晶体中镁离子及水分含量较高,盐颗粒的潮湿粘结现象较为严重,生产过程中产品的流动性较差,产品容易聚团,导致介质输送堵塞及计量偏差严重。文章结合生产过程中不烘干海晶盐输送不顺畅及包装重量不稳定阐述了其输送系统和包装系统机构需要改善的问题,为提高多品种小批量生产中输送和包装的稳定性,不断创新,改善相应机械机构的必要性,主动适应改善的可行性,持续降低不良率,降低生产成本,减少客户投诉。Solar salt belong to the no-drying sea crystal salt,which is unique to Fujian Sea Salt.The content of Mg2+and water in the crystals is high,and the wet bonding phenomenon of the salt is severe.The poor fluidity of the products during the production leads to easy aggregation of the products,leading to medium transportation blockage and serious measurement deviation.The ar⁃ticle elaborates on the problems that need to be improved in the transportation system and packag⁃ing system mechanism of the no-drying sea crystal salt during the production,including the un⁃smooth transportation and unstable packaging weight.In order to improve the transportation and packaging stability of multi variety and small batch production,continuous innovation is necessary to improve the corresponding mechanical mechanism,actively adapt to the feasibility of improve⁃ment,continuously reduce defect rates,reduce production costs,and reduce customer complaints.
