摘　　要：外商直接投资有利于我国经济健康可持续发展,符合新常态下经济发展要求。外商直接投资对本国企业数字化转型产生巨大的推动和影响,选取2007—2020年中国各省级面板数据,在理论的基础上研究外商直接投资对本国企业数字化转型的影响。研究表明:FDI对本国企业数字化转型有着明显的驱动作用,但存在着地区的差异性;在较发达的东部和中部,FDI对企业数字化转型的影响不显著,而在经济较为落后的西部,FDI对企业数字化转型的影响却非常显著。政府和社会各界应继续让外商直接投资成为引导企业数字化转型升级的持续性动力;完善各地区“数字化”战略的政策机制,政府应给予国际企业投资相应的政策支持;要大力培育数字化改革中的人才及骨干,促进中国企业数字化转型的进程。Foreign direct investment is beneficial to the healthy and sustainable development of our economy,and meets the requirements of economic development under the new normal.Foreign direct investment has a huge promotion and impact on the digital transformation of domestic enterprises.Based on theory,this paper studies the impact of foreign direct investment on the digital transformation of domestic enterprises by selecting panel data of Chinese provinces from 2007 to 2020.The results go as the following:FDI has an obvious driving effect on the digital transformation of domestic enterprises,but there is regional variability;the impact of FDI on enterprise digital transformation is not significant in the more developed eastern and central parts of the country,while the impact of FDI on enterprise digital transformation in the western part of the country,where the economy is more backward,is very significant.Therefore,the government and all walks of life should continue to let FDI become a continuous driving force to guide the digital transformation and upgrading of enterprises and improve the policy mechanism of“digitalization”strategy in each region;the government should give corresponding policy support to international enterprise investment and vigorously cultivate talents and backbones of digitalization reforms,so as to promote the process of digital transformation of Chinese enterprises.
