摘 要:以项目式教学法为理论框架,借助网络平台搭建了“西方文化与交际”课程线上线下混合的项目式教学设计,并辅以定量数据与定性分析相结合的研究方法探讨了该教学设计的有效性。研究结果表明,相比于传统教学法,此教学模式能促进学生积极参与课堂,更有效地提高“西方文化与交际”课程的教学效果和教学质量。学生的主观能动性得到激活,提高学习效率,在自然、真实、有意义的教学活动中获得文化知识与跨文化交际能力。Grounded in project-based learning approach(PBL),this study lays out an innovative teaching path for western culture course in China:the western culture course based on PBL in a blended teaching environment supported by smart teaching platforms.With an attempt to examine the feasibility and effectiveness of this teaching design,an empirical study was adopted to analyze the quantitative data of students’final exam results and interpret the qualitative data of participants’implications on their learning improvements.Both the results reveal that,compared with the traditional teaching method,this new teaching design can not only promote students’active participation in class,but also effectively improve the teaching effect and quality.Students’subjective initiative has been activated.They learned cultural knowledge and cross-cultural communication skills in natural,real,and meaningful teaching activities,which improves their learning efficiency.
