摘 要:我国涉外法治人才培养模式现阶段还存在涉外课程覆盖面不全、缺乏针对性培养方案、涉外实践教学能力不足等问题。英国法学教育长期位居世界一流水平,本文分析了英国涉外法治人才培养模式及法学教育体系的完备性和多样性、法学专业人才的多元化培养、涉外法学教育的实践性和专业性等方面特点,通过对格拉斯哥大学的案例分析,提出增加涉外课程、推动境外实习、增设多元化考核模式等方案,为我国涉外法治人才培养模式的发展和完善提供借鉴。Currently,the model for the cultivation of foreign-related legal talent in China still faces problems such as incomplete coverage of foreign-related courses,lack of targeted training schemes,and insufficient foreign-related practical teaching ability.The legal education in the UK has always ranked first-class in the world for a long time.This paper analyzes the model of the cultivation of foreign-related legal talent in the UK,the completeness and diversity of the legal education system,the diversified training of legal professionals,and the practicality and professionalism of foreign-related legal education.Through a case study of the University of Glasgow,the paper proposes solutions like increasing foreign-related courses,promoting overseas internships,and adding multiple assessment model to provide guidance for the development and improvement of China’s model for the cultivation of foreign-related legal talent.
