叶顶间隙对通风机叶顶区域流动特性影响的研究

摘  要:为了进一步优化对旋式通风机的运行特性,对不同叶顶间隙情况下风机内部的流场特性进行了研究.实际验证表明,叶顶间隙越大,风机在工作时的熵损失就越高,后侧叶片在叶顶区域的流动损失会明显高于前级叶片.叶顶间隙越大,在前级叶片顶部所泄漏的气流会形成一个涡旋结构,导致叶顶间隙的中部和尾部形成二次泄露,堵塞叶顶区域的气流入口,造成风机高速运行时的"喘振"情况.In order to further optimize the operating characteristics of counter-rotating ventilators,the flow characteristics inside the ventilators under different leaf top clearances are investigated.Practical verification shows that the larger the lobe top clearance is,the higher the entropy loss of the fan in operation is,and the flow loss of the rear blade in the lobe top area will be significantly higher than that of the front blade.The larger the lobe top clearance is,the airflow leaked at the top of the front blade will form a vortex structure,leading to the formation of secondary leakage in the middle and the tail of the lobe top clearance,blocking the airflow inlet in the lobe top area,and resulting in the"wheezing"situation when the fan is running at high speed.
