脑梗死患者降压治疗达标影响因素决策树模型分析

摘　　要：目的探讨决策树模型对脑梗死患者降压治疗后血压达标影响因素的评估价值,为脑梗死二级预防中的降压治疗提供数据支持。方法建立Logistics回归模型和决策树模型,采用受试者工作特征曲线(Receiver Operating Characteristic,ROC)比较两种模型。结果决策树模型显示,脑梗死患者降压治疗血压达标影响因素主要包括规律运动、药物基因检测指导下的个体化用药、居住地区、居住情况。ROC曲线分析结果显示,决策树模型准确率(83.5%)和ROC曲线下面积(Area Under Curve,AUC,0.896)均高于Logistic回归模型。结论决策树模型在脑梗死患者降压治疗后血压达标预测方面具有良好的应用价值,优于Logistic回归模型。Objective To explore the evaluation value of decision tree model on influencing factors of blood pressure reaching the standard in patients with cerebral infarction after antihypertensive treatment,in order to provide data support for antihypertensive treatment in secondary prevention of cerebral infarction.Method To establish Logistic regression model and decision tree model,and compare the two models using ROC curves.Results The decision tree model results showed that the main influencing factors for blood pressure compliance in patients with cerebral infarction after antihypertensive treatment include regular exercise,personalized medicine guided by pharmacogenetic testing,residential area,and living conditions.ROC curve analysis results showed that the accuracy rate(83.5%)and area under ROL curve(0.896)of the decision tree model were higher than those of the Logistic regression model.Conclusion The decision tree model have good application value in predicting blood pressure compliance in patients with cerebral infarction after antihypertensive treatment,and is superior to Logistic regression model.
