摘　　要：胰腺实性肿瘤包含多种不同病理类型,客观、准确、全面的影像学检查及诊断报告对术前分期预测、进一步的临床治疗决策和患者预后评估均具有重要的指导意义。目前国内缺乏相应指南或共识,导致诊断报告主观性强、描述内容不全面、术语使用不规范的问题较为突出。本指南结合国内外研究进展,基于胰腺实性肿瘤影像检查方法、报告评价指标及标准等问题,共提出了20条推荐意见,旨在规范我国胰腺实性肿瘤影像诊断报告的准确性及一致性,进一步提升该病的规范化影像诊断并辅助临床治疗的策略选择。Pancreatic solid tumors include a variety of different pathological types.Objective,accurate,and comprehensive imaging examinations and diagnostic reports are of great significance for preoperative staging prediction,further clinical treatment decisions and patients'prognosis evaluation.Currently,there is a lack of corresponding guidelines or consensus domestically,resulting in obvious issues such as strong subjectivity in diagnostic reports,incomplete description content,and non-standard use of terminology.This guideline,based on domestic and foreign research progress,addresses issues related to imaging examination methods,report evaluation indicators and standards for pancreatic solid tumors.It puts forward 20 recommendations,aiming at standardizing the accuracy and consistency of imaging diagnostic reports for pancreatic solid tumors in China and further improving the standardized imaging diagnosis of this disease and assisting in the selection of clinical treatment strategies.
