兰州市在管严重精神障碍患者流行病学特征分析

摘　　要：目的:了解兰州市在管严重精神障碍患者流行病学特征,为开展严重精神障碍患者管理提供依据。方法:根据国家严重精神障碍管理工作规范,了解兰州市严重精神障碍患者患病特征,截至2023年2月28日,对兰州市8个县区累计登记报告的10188例严重精神障碍患者进行分析。结果:男性患者5594例,女性患者4594例,男女比例为1.22∶1,汉族占绝大多数,文盲/半文盲、农民患者、已婚、40~59岁年龄组所占比例较多,不同年龄组男女构成差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=156.529,P<0.05);精神分裂症为主要患病类型,占55.35%。64.18%的患者接受了抗精神病药物治疗。结论:精神分裂症患者是基层医疗卫生机构的重点管理对象;改善居民的受教育程度,提高就业率,完善社会保障制度,扩大免费服药范围,是维护社会稳定,有效管理严重精神障碍患者的必要措施。OBJECTIVE To understand the epidemiological characteristics of severe mental illness in Lanzhou City and provide a basis for the management of patients with severe mental illness.METHODS According to the national standards for the management of severe mental illness,the characteristics of severe mental illness in Lanzhou were understood.This study analyzed a total of 10188 patients with severe mental disorders registered in 8 counties and districts of Lanzhou as of February 28th,2023.RESULTS The prevalence rate of severe mental illness in Lanzhou with 5594 males and 4594 females,with a male to female ratio of 1.22∶1.The majority of patients were Han Chinese,with a higher proportion being illiterate/semi illiterate,rural patients,married,and 40-year-old age groups.There was a significant difference in the composition of males and females among different age groups(χ^(2)=156.529,P<0.05).Schizophrenia is the main type of illness,accounting for 55.35%.64.18% of patients received antipsychotic medication treatment.CONCLUSION Schizophrenic patients are the key management targets of grassroots medical and health institutions.Improving the education level of residents and the social security system,expanding the scope of free medication are necessary measures to maintain social stability and effectively manage patients with severe mental disorders.
