摘　　要：高校党组织作为高校思想政治工作的重要组成部分,其政治功能和组织功能的有效发挥,影响着高校思想政治教育工作高质量的发展。文章对增强高校党组织的政治功能和组织功能展开研究。在政治功能方面,加强高校党员的教育培训,提高党员的政治敏感性和政治触觉,充分发挥党员的中坚力量作用。在组织功能方面,建立一套高效的组织机制,实现组织工作的科学化、规范化和制度化的实践。As an important component of ideological and political work in universities,the effective play of political and organizational functions of university party organizations affects the high-quality development of ideological and political education in universities.The article takes a professional perspective and conducts research on enhancing the political and organizational functions of party organizations in universities.In terms of political function,strengthen the education and training of university party members,improve their political sensitivity and sense of touch,and fully leverage the role of party members as the backbone;In terms of organizational functions,establish an efficient organizational mechanism to achieve scientific,standardized,and institutionalized practice of organizational work.
