摘 要:为保证载具的稳定性和可靠性,针对某载具承载装置开展强激励下的动态响应分析.建立了土壤−混凝土−载具结构的有限元模型,通过MATLAB和ABAQUS联合开发对模型的土壤边界批量施加黏弹性边界和地震动集中力载荷,对地表以CONWEP加载方式施加爆炸载荷,分别分析载具受到地震和爆炸载荷作用时的动态响应.结果表明,受地震和爆炸激励时装置的动态响应分别以水平和垂直方向为主,载具位移峰值均未超过安全值,没有碰撞风险,载具倾角峰值都小于1°.结合麻雀搜索算法(SSA)、Mixup数据增强、BP神经网络对载具减振装置的刚度和阻尼参数进行优化设计,优化后的载具受到地震激励时水平加速度峰值下降14.9%,垂直相对位移峰值下降23.1%,研究可以为载具的减振优化工作提供参考.In order to ensure the stability and reliability of a carrier,a dynamic response analysis was analyzed for the carrier bearing device under strong excitation.Firstly,an integral finite element model of soil-concretecarrier structure was established.Then a viscoelastic boundary and seismic concentrated force loads were applied in batch to the soil boundary of the model through the joint development of MATLAB and ABAQUS.An explosive strong excitation load was applied to the earth surface in a CONWEP loading mode.Finally,the dynamic response of the carrier was analyzed respectively under earthquake and explosion load.The results show that the dynamic response of the bearing device is mainly horizontal during earthquake and vertical during explosion.The peak displacement of the carrier does not exceed the safely value,and there is no risk of collision.The peak value of carrier inclination is less than 1°all.Combined with Sparrow Search Algorithm(SSA),Mixup data enhancement and BP neural network,the stiffness and damping parameters were optimized for the carrier damping device.Comparing with the data of basic model,the peak value of horizontal acceleration and vertical relative displacement of the optimized model can decrease by 14.9%and 23.1%respectively under earthquake stimulation.The research result can provide a reference for carrier vibration reduction optimization.
