摘　　要：目的以己糖激酶法检测血糖作为参比方法,探讨不同抗凝剂在德国罗氏卓越型血糖仪比对中的正确度和精密度,寻找其最适用的抗凝剂。方法抽取、制备肝素钠(绿头管)、氟化钠(灰头管)、EDTA-K 2(紫头管)和枸橼酸钠(蓝头管)抗凝血各5管,平均分成两份,1份进行生化仪(东芝120)重复检测2次,2次生化仪检测结果取均值作为靶值,另1份进行血糖仪检测,对临床提供的26台罗氏便携式血糖仪检测结果取其均值与靶值比对,评价其正确度。对同一样本用POCT血糖仪重复测定20次,评价其精密度。结果肝素钠抗凝血检测样品的标准差(s)为0.12~0.38mmol/L,变异系数(CV)为2.04%~3.87%,精密度合格比为100%;与靶值比对,合格率为80%,正确度合格比为100%。氟化钠抗凝血检测样品的标准差(s)为0.13~0.96mmol/L,变异系数(CV)为2.24%~7.80%,精密度合格比为80%;与靶值比对,合格率为100%,正确度合格比为100%。EDTA-K 2抗凝血检测样品的标准差(s)为0.12~0.46mmol/L,变异系数(CV)为2.42%~3.74%,精密度合格比为100%;与靶值比对,合格率为100%,正确度合格比为100%。枸橼酸钠抗凝血检测样品的标准差(s)为0.11~0.27mmol/L,变异系数(CV)为2.34%~4.03%,精密度合格比为100%;与靶值比对,合格率为80%,正确度合格比为100%。结论4种抗凝剂用于便携式血糖仪的比对准确度和精密度均符合要求,均可用于比对。Objective Using hexokinase method as a reference method,to evaluate the accuracy and precision of different anticoagulants in the comparison of German Roche excellent glucose meter,and to further identify the most suitable anticoagulant.Methods Five tubes of heparin sodium(green head tube),sodium fluoride(grey head tube),EDTA-K 2(purple head tube)and sodium citrate(blue head tube)were extracted and prepared.These samples were then divided into two parts on average:one part was tested twice by biochemical analyzer(Toshiba 120),and the average value of the two biochemical analyzer test results was taken as the target value;the second part was tested by blood glucose meter.The accuracy of 26 Roche portable blood glucose meters was evaluated by comparing the mean value with the target value.POCT blood glucose meter was used to measure the same sample for 20 times to evaluate its precision.Results The standard deviation(s)of heparin sodium anticoagulant samples ranged from 0.12 to 0.38mmol/L,while coefficient of variation(CV)ranged from 2.04%to 3.87%,and the precision qualification ratio was 100%.Compared with the target value,the qualified rate was 80%,and the qualified ratio of accuracy was 100%.The standard deviation(s)and coefficient of variation(CV)of sodium fluoride anticoagulation samples were 0.13-0.96mmol/L,2.24%-7.80%,and the precision qualification ratio was 80%.Compared with the target value,the qualified rate was 100%,and the qualified ratio of accuracy was 100%.The standard deviation(s)and coefficient of variation(CV)of EDTA-K 2 anticoagulation samples were 0.19-0.46mmol/L,2.42%-3.78%,and the precision qualification ratio was 100%.Compared with the target value,the qualified rate was 100%,and the qualified ratio of accuracy was 100%.The standard deviation(s)of sodium citrate anticoagulant test samples ranged from 0.11 to 0.27mmol/L,while coefficient of variation(CV)ranged from 2.34%to 4.03%,and the precision qualification ratio was 100%.Compared with the target value,the qualified rate was 80%,and the qu
