摘 要:目的:探讨PBL联合CBL双轨教学模式与传统教学相比在整复外科规培学员CRW教学中的应用价值。方法:选取36名规培学员作为研究对象,将36名学员随机分为两组,两组分别接受两种教学模式培养,最终通过笔试、技能考核、病例分析和主观问卷调查来对两种教学模式进行分析评估。结果:接受双轨教学模式的学员在笔试及技能考核中均获得更高成绩(P<0.05),在病例分析考核中,联合教学组学员在基本理论掌握情况、思维导图绘制、病例分析准确完整性、临床思维能力、临场表达能力五个方面成绩均高于传统教学组学员(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果也显示联合教学组学员对所接受教学模式认可满意度更高,两组学员在教师满意度的评分结果中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:双轨教学模式有利于整形外科规培学员对慢性创面的掌握与理解,利于提升个人综合能力,提高教学效果,具有推广价值。Objective:This study was designed to investigate the effectiveness of the dual-track teaching model of PBL&CBL compared to traditional teaching in chronic refractory wounds and the value of its application in the teaching and training of plastic surgery residency trainees.Methods:Thirty-six regulatory trainees were selected as the subjects of this study and randomly divided into two groups of 18 each,who were trained in the two modes of teaching and learning,which were finally analysed and evaluated through written tests,skills assessment,case analysis and subjective questionnaires.Results:By analyzing the assessment results and questionnaire scores,compared with the students in the traditional teaching group,those who received the dual-track teaching mode of PBL&CBL obtained higher scores in the written test and skills assessment(P<0.05),and in the case analysis assessment,the students in the combined teaching group obtained higher scores in five aspects:basic theory mastery,mind mapping,case analysis accuracy and completeness,clinical thinking ability,and clinical expression ability(P<0.05).In the case analysis test,the participants in the joint teaching group had higher scores than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey also showed that the trainees in the co-teaching group were more satisfied with the teaching mode they received,but the differences in the ratings of teacher satisfaction between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The dualtrack teaching mode of PBL&CBL is conducive to the mastery and understanding of chronic wounds by plastic surgery trainees,and has a significant effect on enhancing the comprehensive ability of individuals and improving the teaching effect,which can be widely promoted and applied.
