摘 要:目的:结合药学实习生的实际教学要点讨论PDCA循环联合目标管理教学法的可行性。方法:选取在医院药学专业实习生40人,采用双盲法予以组别匹配,研究组实行PDCA循环联合目标管理教学法,对照组实行常规教学,比较两组教学成绩、教学评价、教学满意程度。结果:经教学后,研究组实习生理论知识、实践操作考核成绩及对教学任务的执行力均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组对相关教学目标的阶段性完成度及实习生所表现出的教学参与性均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组实习生对教学措施的认可满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环联合目标管理教学法可提升药学实习生的各方面考评成绩,综合教学水平和质量提高显著,适用于药学实习教学。Objective:To discuss the feasibility of PDCA cycle combined with goal management teaching method,based on the practical teaching points and conventional methods of pharmaceutical interns.Method:Forty interns in the hospital pharmacy major were selected from the information,all of whom participated in pharmaceutical teaching.The information was matched according to the double-blind principle.The study group and control group were the groups with higher execution ratios in the study.The corresponding teaching measures within the group were divided into PDCA cycle combined with goal management teaching method and conventional teaching.The comparative items were based on teaching scores,teaching evaluations,and other factors Teaching satisfaction is the main focus.Result:After teaching,the research group had a higher awareness of theoretical knowledge teaching content and a higher ability to execute teaching tasks in practical operations compared to the control group(P<0.05);The stage completion of relevant teaching objectives and the teaching participation of interns in various stages after teaching in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The recognition of the value of the teaching measure and the comprehensive quality evaluation during the process by the research group after teaching were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PDCA cycle combined with goal management teaching method has scientifically improved the exam scores of interns in all aspects,significantly improved the overall teaching level and quality,and is suitable for pharmaceutical teaching.
