摘  要:目的:探讨赤峰地区男性不育患者Y染色体微缺失的检测效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年7月赤峰学院附属医院收治的男性不育患者150例为研究对象,结合诊断结果将其分为初诊不孕不育组、精子状态异常组、睾丸发育异常组,各50例。三组患者均进行Y染色体微缺失检测。比较三组检测结果。结果:睾丸发育异常组患者的Y染色体微缺失率高于初诊不孕不育组、精子状态异常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AZFa位点、AZFb位点的缺失例数是0,AZFc位点的缺失例数是16例,AZFbc位点的缺失例数是1例,AZFabc位点的缺失例数是1例;初诊不孕不育组、精子状态异常组、睾丸发育异常组的缺失位点均以AZFc为主。结论:初诊不孕不育、精子状态异常、睾丸发育异常患者容易出现Y染色体AZFc位点缺失现象。Objective:To explore the detection effect of Y chromosome microdeletions in male infertility patients in Chifeng area.Methods:One hundred and fifty male infertility patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Chifeng College from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into the primary infertility group,abnormal sperm status group,and abnormal testicular development group,fifty cases each,in combination with diagnostic results.Y chromosome microdeletion detection was performed in all three groups.The results of the three groups were compared.Results:The Y chromosome microdeletion rate of patients in the abnormal testicular development group was higher than that of the primary infertility group and the abnormal sperm status group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of cases of deletion of the AZFa locus and the AZFb locus was zero,the number of deletion of the AZFc locus was sixteen,the number of cases of deletion of the AZFbc locus was one,and the number of cases of deletion of the AZFabc locus was one;the deletion loci in the primary infertility group,the abnormal sperm status group,and the abnormal testicular development group were dominated by AZFc.Conclusion:Patients with primary infertility,abnormal sperm status,and abnormal testicular development were prone to Y chromosome AZFc deletion.
