摘  要:为了解决液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas, LNG)接收站大型高压快开盲板国产化的技术难题,对压力环型快开盲板(PN15 MPa DN1 300 mm)开展电测应力实验,并与有限元分析结果进行对比,验证了有限元模型的正确性。将有限元分析结果采用应力分类法和弹—塑性分析法分别进行强度校核,并利用有限元模型对快开盲板头盖厚度进行了优化。结果表明,压力环型快开盲板密封良好,各部件强度满足要求,优化后的头盖能满足强度要求。分析结果可为今后大型高压快开盲板的国产化设计提供借鉴。In order to address the challenges of domestically-made large-diameter high-pressure quick-opening closure in LNG receiving station,this paper compared the results of electrical stress measurement test and finite element analysis on PN15 MPa DN1300 mm pressure ring-type quick-opening closure.The results validated the accuracy of finite element model.The stress classification method and elastic-plastic analysis method were employed to check the strength of the quick-opening closure.Following this,the thickness of the head cover of the quick-opening closure was optimized.The results showed that the above mentioned quick-opening closure ensured effective sealing and the strength of each component complied with the requirements.The optimized head cover also met the strength requirements,and this paper offered reference for the future design of large-diameter high-pressure quick-opening closure.
