摘　　要：设计了一款智能物资分类搬运车,通过设计的隔离板将搬运车空间根据实际需求分隔出多个存储空间,可以根据物资种类、物资属性、存储环境要求和容量等灵活设置容纳物资的空间容量和存储环境,并智能监控各存储空间内货物情况,具有简单高效、安全可靠、物资分类明确、利于拣货配送、可随车配送和灵活方便等特点,对于大型周转仓及瓷质物资出入库等占比大的仓库具有较好的应用前景。An intelligent material classification handling trolley is designed.Through the designed isolation board,the trolley space is separated into several storage spaces according to the actual demand,and the goods in each storage space are intelligently monitored.The space capacity and storage environment for accommodating materials can be flexibly set according to material types,material properties,storage environment requirements and capacity,etc.It has the characteristics of simple and efficient,safe and reliable,clear classification of materials,conducive to picking and distribution,car distribution,flexible and convenient.It has a high application prospect for large turnover warehouses and warehouses with large proportion of porcelain materials in and out of the warehouse.
