摘　　要：三级淋巴结构(tertiary lymphoid structure, TLS)是由于慢性炎症或者癌症刺激在肿瘤免疫微环境等非淋巴组织中产生的淋巴细胞簇。TLS在不同癌症中表现有所不同,在多数实体瘤中常与良好的预后相关。目前对于TLS的组成已在多种癌症中识别,但对于其标记物的选择有较大差异,导致对其成熟度的判断仍缺乏统一的评分标准。本文在介绍TLS的基础上对相关研究的方法和标记物进行了总结,并发现TLS与多数恶性实体瘤患者的良好预后相关,这为我们探索免疫治疗相关的预后标志物提供了理论基础。Tertiary lymphoid structure(TLS)is a cluster of lymphocytes generated in non-lymphoid tissues such as tumor immune microenvironment due to chronic inflammation or cancer stimulation.TLS has different manifestations in different cancers and is often associated with good prognosis in most solid tumors.At present,the composition of TLS has been identified in a variety of cancers,but the selection of its markers is quite different,resulting in the lack of a unified scoring standard for judging its maturity.This article summarizes the methods and markers of related research on the basis of introducing TLS,and finds that TLS is associated with a good prognosis in most patients with malignant solid tumors,which provides a theoretical basis for us to explore prognostic markers related to immunotherapy.
