摘　　要：肿瘤相关三级淋巴结构(TLS)是肿瘤局部非淋巴器官在病理生理环境下淋巴细胞聚集形成的有组织的异位淋巴结构,成熟的TLS包括被T细胞包围的B细胞区和生发中心,是肿瘤细胞与免疫细胞相互作用的重要部位,与患者预后密切相关。本文主要介绍了TLS的组成、形成过程、检测方法、预测价值,并探讨了诱导TLS作为肿瘤治疗的应用潜力。Tumor-associated tertiary lymphoid structure(TLS)is an organized ectopic lymphoid structure formed by the aggregation of lymphocytes in the local non-lymphoid organs of tumors under pathophysiological environment.Mature TLS includes the B cell region surrounded by T cells and the germinal center,which is an important site of interaction between tumor cells and immune cells and is closely related to patient prognosis.This paper mainly introduces the composition,formation process,detection method and prediction value of TLS,and discusses the application potential of induced TLS as tumor therapy.
