摘　　要：肝细胞癌(hepatic carcinoma, HCC)是一种具有高度侵袭性和不良预后的恶性肿瘤。肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment, TME)是一个复杂的网络,通过大量的信号机制和途径以动态方式与肿瘤细胞相互作用,肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(cancer-associated fibroblasts, CAFs)是TME中最主要的成分,通过血管生成、纤维化、细胞增殖、免疫抑制等多个方面直接或者间接在HCC中发挥促癌或者抑癌作用。现结合文献对CAFs与原发性肝癌的研究进展进行综述。Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a highly aggressive malignancy with a poor prognosis.tumor microenvironment(TME)is a complex network that dynamically interacts with tumor cells through a large number of signaling mechanisms and pathways.Cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)are the most important components of TME.They directly or indirectly play a role in promoting or suppressing cancer in HCC through angiogenesis,fibrosis,cell proliferation,immunosuppression and other aspects.This article reviews the research progress of CAFs and primary liver cancer.
