丁硼乳膏联合西地碘含片治疗牙龈炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察丁硼乳膏联合西地碘含片治疗牙龈炎患者的效果。方法:选取2020年10月至2022年7月该院收治的88例牙龈炎患者进行前瞻性研究,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组(n=44)与研究组(n=44)。对照组采用西地碘含片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合丁硼乳膏治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后牙周相关指标[牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)]水平、炎性因子[白细胞介素(IL)-1、IL-17、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为93.18%(41/44),高于对照组的72.73%(32/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组GI、PLI、SBI评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组IL-1、IL-17、TNF-α、TGF-β水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丁硼乳膏联合西地碘含片治疗牙龈炎患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低牙周相关指标和炎性因子水平,其效果优于单纯西地碘含片治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Dingpeng cream combined with Cydiodine buccal tablets in treatment of gingivitis patients.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 88 patients with gingivitis admitted to this hospital from October 2020 to July 2022.They were divided into control group(n=44)and study group(n=44)by using the random number method.The control group was treated with Cydiodine buccal tablets,while the study group was treated with Dingpeng cream on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the periodontal related indexes[gingival index(GI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI)]levels,the inflammatory factors[interleukin(IL)-1,IL-17,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)]levels before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.18%(41/44),which was higher than 72.73%(32/44)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of GI,PLI and SBI in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-1,IL-17,TNF-αand TGF-βin the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Dingpeng cream combined with Cydiodine buccal tablets in the treatment of the gingivitis patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the levels of periodontal related indexes and inflammatory factors.Moreover,it is superior to single Cydiodine buccal tablets treatment.
