摘　　要：目的:分析改良乳腺癌根治术中保留胸前和肋间臂神经对乳腺癌患者的影响。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年4月铜仁市人民医院收治的98例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组行常规乳腺癌改良根治术,观察组给予改良乳腺癌根治术中保留胸前和肋间臂神经,两组术后随访1个月。比较两组手术相关指标、皮肤感觉障碍、乳房美观度及并发症。结果:观察组手术时间长于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,皮肤感觉障碍发生率、并发症发生率低于对照组,乳房美观度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良乳腺癌根治术中保留胸前和肋间臂神经虽然会延长手术时间,但更能降低乳腺癌患者皮肤感觉障碍、并发症发生率,提升乳房美观度。Objective:To analyze the effect of preserving anterior thoracic and intercostobrachial nerves in modified radical mastectomy on patients with breast cancer.Method:A total of 98 patients with breast cancer who admitted to Tongren People's Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer,while the observation group was given the preserving anterior thoracic and intercostobrachial nerves in modified radical mastectomy,two groups were followed up for 1 month after operation.The surgical related indicators,skin sensory disorders,breast aesthetics and complications of two groups were compared.Result:The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,the incidence of skin sensory disorders and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group,and the breast aesthetics was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preserving the anterior thoracic and intercostobrachial nerves in the modified radical mastectomy can reduce the risk of skin sensory disorders and complications,and improve the breast aesthetics.
