西帕依固龈液含漱联合牙周基础疗法在慢性牙周炎治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析慢性牙周炎应用西帕依固龈液含漱+牙周基础疗法的临床效果。方法选取126例慢性牙周炎患者作为本次研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组63例。对照组患者采用复方氯己定含漱液+牙周基础疗法,研究组患者采用西帕依固龈液含漱+牙周基础疗法。对比两组患者咀嚼功能指标(咬合力、咀嚼效率、出血指数评分、牙齿松动)、治疗效果。结果研究组患者咬合力(129.48±10.05)lbs、咀嚼效率(92.08±2.54)%高于对照组的(111.09±10.02)lbs、(75.73±2.46)%,出血指数评分(0.58±0.08)分、牙齿松动(0.57±0.26)mm小于对照组的(1.62±0.06)分、(1.33±0.81)mm,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗总有效率93.65%明显高于对照组的76.19%,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用西帕依固龈液含漱+牙周基础疗法治疗慢性牙周炎,患者在治疗后各项咀嚼功能指标均恢复较好,具有显著的临床疗效。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Xipayi mouth rinse combined with periodontal basic therapy in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods 126 patients with chronic periodontitis were selected as the subjects of this study and divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,each with 63 cases.The control group received compound gargle solution chlorhexidine giuconatie plus periodontal basic therapy,and the study group received Xipayi mouth rinse plus periodontal basic therapy.The masticatory function indicators(bite force,masticatory efficiency,bleeding index,tooth loosening)and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The bite force and masticatory efficiency of the study group were(129.48±10.05)lbs and(92.08±2.54)%,which were higher than(111.09±10.02)lbs and(75.73±2.46)%of the control group;the study group had bleeding index score of(0.58±0.08)points and tooth loosening of(0.57±0.26)mm,which were lower than(1.62±0.06)points and(1.33±0.81)mm of the control group;there was a statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 93.65%in the study group was significantly higher than 76.19%in the control group,and there was a statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion After the treatment of chronic periodontitis with Xipayi mouth rinse plus periodontal basic therapy,the masticatory function indicators of the patients recover well after treatment,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
