内镜止血术联合四联疗法治疗胃溃疡出血的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析内镜止血术联合四联疗法治疗胃溃疡出血的效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月北京市丰台区中医医院收治的胃溃疡出血患者74例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各37例。对照组实施常规四联疗法,研究组实施内镜止血术联合四联疗法。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间短于治疗前,且研究组短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.760)。结论:内镜止血术联合四联疗法治疗胃溃疡出血的效果较好,可改善各项凝血指标,且不会增加不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of endoscopic hemostasis surgery combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding.Methods:A total of 74 patients with gastric ulcer bleeding admitted to Beijing Fengtai District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 37 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional quadruple therapy,while the study group was given endoscopic hemostasis surgery combined with quadruple therapy.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,and thrombin time in two groups were shorter than those before treatment,and these indexes in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.032).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.760).Conclusions:Endoscopic hemostasis surgery combined with quadruple therapy has a good effect in the treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding,and can improve various coagulation indexes without increasing adverse reactions,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
